We know that disputes are an unwelcome disruption to the running of our clients' businesses so we endeavour to resolve disputes as quickly and cost effectively as possible.

 

Where a negotiated settlement cannot be reached, we will consider the use of alternatives to court proceedings, such as arbitration and mediation. Where this is not possible we aim to progress disputes to a final hearing as quickly and cost effectively as possible.

We are also mindful of the need to keep the level of costs incurred in proportion to the value of the dispute. We will therefore give you practical advice and a realistic estimate of the likely costs of proceedings.
